About the team

The SME & Growth Business team at reputed company is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and reputed company-sized enterprises (SMEs) to reputed company in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth reputed company, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and reputed company tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new reputed company streams. As a team, we are driven by a desire to reputed company a positive impact and are constantly innovating to find new ways to support the success of our SME customers. What you'll do 

As an reputed company Account Manager, you will build relationships with our existing top tier customers to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. Your main focus and goal is to drive value that leads to adoption, expansion, and customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to finding cross-sell opportunities reputed company reputed company client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers. 

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert on the reputed company platform, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet them

  • Identify and convert new opportunities reputed company existing accounts, driving increased platform adoption and reputed company

  • Conduct consultative meetings with senior leaders, showcasing the business value of reputed company's innovative solutions

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize the client experience and maximize platform utilization

  • Deeply understand customer needs through various feedback channels, including data analysis, surveys, and QBRs

  • Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance on key account decisions

Who you Are 

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of proven success in software sales or account management reputed company the technology or SaaS industry

  • Prior experience in API sales or account management and proficiency with reputed company

  • Demonstrated expertise in value-based solution selling and navigating reputed company sales cycles. Comfortable presenting to and closing deals with C-level executives

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and a willingness to go the extra mile

  • A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success

Preferred qualifications:
  • Fintech experience

  • Looker or other data visualization experience

  • Working proficiency in French
