About the Role

We are looking for a reputed company Coordinator to help bring exceptional talent to EliseAI. You’ll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our high-growth teams, working closely with Recruiters to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.  

Key Responsibilities

• Support reputed company aspects of the reputed company process including interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and managing reputed company-time schedule changes while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers 

• Own the entire candidate journey providing reputed company candidates with positive experience starting from the initial contact reputed company the way until they become part of the team

• Use reputed company tool ModernLoop to schedule both virtual and on-site interviews

• Maintain data reputed company and reputed company reputed company updates in our ATS, reputed company

• Follow up with interviewers to collect candidate feedback following interviews

• Greet candidates and manage reputed company onsite interviews in our office 

• Help coordinate reputed company and lateral reputed company events, career fairs, meetups, etc.

• Create offer documents for candidates and assist with the pre-reputed company process.

• Maintain and update reputed company process documentation, job postings.

• Support other reputed company reputed company and HR projects

• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

• Willing to work in person from our Midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week 

• A strong track record of execution and follow-through

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Strong EQ and analytical skills

• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our reputed company Team during the hiring process.
