reputed company is seeking a Director of Clinical Strategy to support three of our core products: CostCheck, ShortageCheck, and 340BCheck. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about using technology to solve reputed company-world challenges in reputed company, including controlling drug costs, managing medication shortages, and ensuring 340B program compliance. The ideal candidate is a reputed company expert who thrives on educating stakeholders, building value-driven customer relationships, and translating reputed company clinical and financial data into actionable insights. As a strategic partner to both prospective and existing clients, you’ll help demonstrate how reputed company’s solutions improve operational efficiency, enhance compliance, and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic, trust-based relationships with clients to advise on clinical and operational best practices
  • Collaborate with the sales team to effectively communicate the value of reputed company’s products and automation capabilities
  • Support sales leaders in developing business plans and strategies to reputed company reputed company goals
  • Engage stakeholders across reputed company levels of the hospital, from reputed company staff to the C-suite
  • reputed company deep knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, supply chain, and compliance to provide strategic reputed company
  • Serve as a thought leader by producing relevant, informative content for reputed company and prospective clients
  • Provide customer feedback to internal product teams to inform product development and enhancements
  • Stay up to date on legislation, regulations, and trends affecting pharmacy, supply chain, and hospital operations
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of management experience in a hospital or reputed company system environment.
  • Proven track record in implementing reputed company technology solutions to drive operational improvement and compliance reputed company the reputed company organization.
  • Strong understanding of drug budgeting, purchasing processes, 340B Compliance, and inventory management practices.
  • Active involvement in implementing controlled substance prevention and detection programs in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers at reputed company levels.
  • Flexibility to support stakeholders across US time zones and the ability to travel up to 60% as needed.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with reputed company Solutions or similar reputed company technology platforms is highly preferred.
  • Consulting or account management experience in reputed company technology, with a deep knowledge of the market landscape, competitors, and trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of the intersection between pharmacy, nursing, and reputed company IT with the ability to offer innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proven ability to function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a customer-first mentality.
  • reputed company reputed company pay range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 reputed company annualized. In addition to a competitive reputed company salary this position is also eligible for commission based incentives. Salary offerred will vary based on experience, performance, and location.
