As the B2C Junior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various marketing activities to grow our market share and reputed company. • Execute digital marketing campaigns across CRM channels (email, push, in-app) and collaborate on multichannel campaigns with vertical experts (e.g., paid, social).

• Track, analyze, and report campaign results to inform data-driven reputed company.

• Document best practices and contribute to playbooks and scalable workflows.

• Participate in cross-functional project management and campaign planning.

• You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience (internships and working student experience count), ideally in B2C tech, health, or education sectors.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (CRM, email, SEO, paid social, performance marketing).

• Comfortable working with CMS tools, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.

• Detail-oriented with a hands-on attitude and an ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.

• Ownership in fast paced environments, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with different stakeholders

• Openness to feedback and willingness to grow.

• Strategic curiosity balanced with hands-on delivery.
