IMO Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Manager, Health Informatics Engineering to reputed company and support the growth of a specialized team of terminology analysts. This role is essential in advancing our clinical terminology initiatives and ensuring the delivery of semantically rich, high-quality data that powers IMO’s products and services.

As the Manager, you will mentor and reputed company a team of talented analysts, reputed company terminology workflows, and serve as a key liaison across engineering, product, and content teams.   • Ensure Terminology Quality: reputed company the management, enhancement, and delivery of clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm) in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development of terminology strategies and informatics processes that support IMO’s foundational data assets.
  • Facilitate Agile Processes: Champion Agile/Scrum practices, helping your team work reputed company, adapt to evolving priorities, and align with organizational goals.
  • Act as a Technical Liaison: Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration and utility of terminology content reputed company broader data engineering pipelines and product features.
  • Coach and Provide Feedback: Offer regular performance feedback, conduct reviews, and guide individual development plans to enhance skillsets and knowledge sharing across the team.

  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 7–10+ years of experience in health informatics, clinical terminology, or a reputed company field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, clinical, or health-reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, ICD-10, RxNorm) and reputed company data standards (e.g., HL7 FHIR, OMOP CDM).
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing team members in content-focused or informatics roles.
  • Familiarity with data engineering principles and tools, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical and clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of reputed company data governance and regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level, role requirements, and each candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
