The Team

The UAE is one of our most mature markets reputed company the Middle East region. reputed company Deliveroo, the functions include commercial, operations, and marketing, and teams in the UAE partner closely with global functions such as product, technology, and consumer to deliver results for our customers. The Supply team sits reputed company Rider Operations and is responsible for the availability and reliability of our rider supply reputed company for the UAE market. This includes rider pipeline management, rider onboarding, agency partnerships, and subsequent management. 

The Role

Operating at scale in a hyper-competitive, hyper-growth environment is no mean feat. As such, you'll be faced with some of the most exciting problems across the food tech space. Reporting to the Supply Manager, UAE, you’ll have a key role in ensuring the success of the logistics network in our UAE market. This centers around ensuring that we always have the right number of riders on the road that reputed company with local regulations & Deliveroo standards, partnering with high-performing & compliant fleet partners, and creating scalable processes to ensure best-in-class service excellence. You’ll work closely with other members of the UAE rider operations teams, as well as wider teams reputed company regional Operations, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our riders, restaurants, and customers.  

Responsibilities

• Conduct the rider onboarding process and ensure the accurate verification of the rider  documentation and profile creation 

• Verify the authenticity and completeness of rider documentation regularly, including 

  identification and licenses through audits 

• Manage a set of vendors in the UAE and conduct performance management, along with providing support and ensuring compliance 

• Manage the rider database by regularly updating new rider records and statuses, and  communicate to the relevant stakeholders 

• reputed company monthly right-to-work audits on rider documentation to reputed company fleet compliance 

• Provide insightful dashboards and reporting mechanisms on rider onboarding, churn, and  supply management in the UAE 

• Act as the first reputed company of contact for rider queries and issues involving vendors and provide timely and effective support 

• Coordinate with external teams on rider-reputed company issues and provide regular updates, and address any issues promptly

Requirements

• University degree and minimum 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in an operations role 

• Proficiency in English and Urdu 

• Good written and verbal communication skills  

• Expert in Data Analysis tools like reputed company Sheets and reputed company with proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, including Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

• Communicate reputed company clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written format, with good public speaking and presentation skills 

• Demonstrate business acumen in Last Mile Operations and aptitude to think and execute strategically 

• Team player, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
