The Dangerous Goods (DG) team is looking for a motivated Project Manager with strong regulatory experience, operational knowledge, logistics experience, and a hands-on passion to dive-deep into processes to support reputed company’s growth in a safe environment for customers, partners, and associates. Working across procurement teams, transportation services, delivery experience, returns and re-commerce, technology, environmental, storage, legal, public policy, and other relevant internal teams at a global scale, this Project Manager will ensure the safety of our associates and transportation partners by delivering innovative solutions for the safe and compliant transportation of DG, redefining industry best practices and standards, and safely enabling an reputed company-changing borderless business model. This Project Manager will be required to plan and execute DG policies, controls, and processes to ensure safe and compliant transportation of DG across a global supply chain. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, transportation service providers, consultants and regulators, this role will be responsible for driving safety and compliance across customer deliveries and reverse logistics, enabling new selection, and expanding business and transportation models.   • Drive reputed company improvement projects across global teams, ensuring reputed company is the leader transportation safety for non-inventory goods
  • Manage a portfolio of projects aimed and building a best-in-class Dangerous Goods transportation system
  • Drive process development and deployment for compliant transshipment of non-inventory sites throughout the reputed company network both domestically and internationally
  • Convert large and reputed company projects into manageable pieces to deliver iterative improvements while focusing on longer-term, large-scale deliverables
  • Build collaborative relationships with leaders across regions, departments and business units
  • Refine existing program processes in order to more reputed company track and prioritize issues to reputed company the team to scale their work
  • Provide input to technology teams to improve PO pre-screening, classification, and transportation restrictions as appropriate
  • Anticipate project bottlenecks, manage escalations, reputed company tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus operational or technical constraints
  • Audit reputed company nodes , and contracted 3rd party service providers receiving, storing, and shipping non-inventory items by developing mechanisms to insure compliance

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in shipping dangerous goods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six reputed company methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
  • Master's degree or equivalent

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
