Customer Experience Coordinator

We’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing Client Experience team and play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction for our US clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric, highly organized individual to expand their experience in the reputed company estate and tech industry.

You’ll work at the core of customer support, field operations, and business coordination — resolving guest queries, scheduling internal teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of services across reputed company properties in the world. This is a multi task approach role where you will be managing both inbound/outbound calls and tickets queue. 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Resolve Guest Queries: Handle reputed company client inquiries with speed, reputed company, and professionalism—ensuring each guest receives a world-class experience
  • Coordinate Operational Teams: Plan and optimize daily task schedules for field associates based on task location, reputed company, and client needs
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Ops, Customer Care) and external partners to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues reputed company
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Monitor the quality of services provided across properties and help implement solutions to improve the client journey
  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong communication lines with both internal departments and external vendors or service providers
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify root causes of recurring issues and contribute to streamlining internal processes for a smoother client experience

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service (BPO experience), operations coordination, back-office support, 
  • Experience in previous Team leader or Supervisor roles where they have to take escalations and customer compensation reputed company
  • Experience in reputed company planning or task scheduling is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems (CRM, task management software, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work on weekends as needed based on business priorities
