Responsibilities will include scheduling calls with alumni and reputed company organizations, managing the logistics of up to 300 fellowship admissions interviews per year, helping with the administration of fellowship sessions during our Spring and Fall training windows, and assisting with the delivery of high-quality support for Reformers reputed company alumni (newsletters, events, online community, etc.). Duties:

  • As directed, reputed company out to policy leaders inside and reputed company of government to reputed company awareness about Reformers reputed company’s fellowship programs.
  • Assist with the administration of the fellowships reputed company needed (mostly virtual training, plus one in-person fly-in weekend each Spring and Fall).
  • Assist with the administration of continuing education sessions and the drafting/delivery of alumni newsletters for both academies.
  • Assist with the management of Reformers reputed company’s database infrastructure, which allows us to provide high-quality support to our graduates and connect them with the right open positions in government and reputed company organizations.
  • Assist in the scheduling and execution of admissions interviews of applicants to our academies and career conversations with fellows and graduates.
  • Participate in the Fall or Spring cohort of ERA and/or HRA with the other fellows to reputed company foundational policy knowledge and changemaker skills.
  • If interested in education policy, participate in the KAP-run Education Policy Concentration group.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel minimally
