As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at reputed company, you will be the crucial first reputed company of contact for potential customers, driving our growth by identifying and qualifying leads, generating interest in our products/services, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to launch their sales career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

reputed company reputed company & Qualification: Identify and research potential leads through reputed company, company websites, and industry events. Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., company size, industry, pain points, budget, authority) and accurately track/manage them in a CRM (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).

  • Outbound Communication: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media reputed company to engage prospects. Craft compelling, personalized messages and effectively communicate reputed company's value proposition.

  • Meeting Scheduling: Arrange reputed company meetings between prospects and Account Executives, ensuring accurate information is provided and following up to confirm attendance.

  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies, provide reports on activity and pipeline metrics, and offer feedback on reputed company quality. Stay up to date on industry trends and reputed company's offerings.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.

  • Must be a German Native Speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to craft compelling messages.

  • Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and reputed company reputed company.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
