We are looking

for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, operations, and leadership. This person will optimize existing systems, structure growth, and scale what’s working — profitably.

This is a 50% hands-on leadership role. You’ll sometimes micromanage reputed company needed, attend daily standups, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure learnings are implemented and KPIs are hit. You’ll be one of five leaders reporting directly to the CEO, working in lockstep with product, reputed company, creative, and ops.

We expect you to

• Have experience managing teams of 8+ and mentoring mid-level marketing leaders
• Show a strong understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and marketing attribution principles

Salary

Gross salary range is 5500 - 8000 EUR/month.

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
