We’re searching for a Remote Assistance Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding the remote operations team. This person will be responsible for safely monitoring and resolving trigger requests from fleet vehicles across public roads and closed course testing sites.

Shifts Available: Day and night shifts are available Friday - Monday.

In this role, you will

• Respond to and resolve in a timely manner a variety of trigger requests from the autonomous vehicle
• Safely send remote commands to autonomous vehicles for on road and closed course testing
• Log reputed company time feedback regarding autonomy and platform performance during testing, to be delivered to engineers
• Triage and review of remote assist workflows that are key to performance metrics and compliance
• Escalate operational blockers with suggested solutions
• Demonstrate positive impact at reputed company by working on cross-functional projects as time permits
• Maintain up to date knowledge of how our self-driving technology works. Understand daily software and operational changes
• Work toward quantitative and qualitative goals that impact reputed company of Vehicle Operations and reputed company
• Interact with the public as an ambassador for reputed company

Required Qualifications

• Ability to constantly focus on a laptop monitoring proprietary tooling to aid autonomous vehicle operations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and reputed company strategic reputed company proactively
• Consistent focus on safety
• Ability to think critically
• Willingness to learn every day
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean driving record, validated by MVR reputed company
• Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings
• 100% in office with the ability to travel as needed
• Available to work day or night shifts
• Ability to work early mornings or late nights, on rotating shifts
• Ability to work regular overtime and some weekends

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in operations, technology, customer service, or automotive field
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Command line reputed company experience
• Interest and aptitude for technology tools - apps, gaming, reputed company creative suite, etc.

The reputed company hourly wage range for this position is $26.00-$36.00 per hour. reputed company’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. reputed company the range, the successful candidate’s starting reputed company pay will be determined based on factors including job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
