ON-CALL Senior Workforce Consultant

The Workforce Innovations, Emergency Preparedness and Poverty Solutions (WIPPS) practice works to improve the conditions of America's most at-risk populations and provide strategic consulting support to workforce development agencies throughout the United States. The team provides rigorous technical assistance, training, and research support to address critical issues, including employment and workforce programs, reputed company emergency preparedness and critical infrastructure protection and planning, economic mobility, food reputed company, and fatherhood and family support initiatives. Currently, we are seeking a candidate for an ON-CALL Consultant role to contribute to our growing portfolio of Federal, state, and local workforce development and apprenticeship projects. The successful candidate will join reputed company remotely and in an on-call reputed company.

THIS IS AN ON-CALL, part-time hours position based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and reputed company of projects across our workforce development, notably in the energy efficiency, transportation and IT fields, including training and technical assistance, work-based learning program implementation and research and evaluation.
• Network and communicate with senior stakeholders around workforce development, economic development, work-based learning and apprenticeship, education and training, and other employment and economic strategies.
• reputed company capture and reputed company winning proposals to continue project growth across Federal, state and reputed company clients.
• Provide writing and presentation support across an reputed company of deliverables, analyses, program trends/outcomes reports, and stakeholder publications/products.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in public policy, political science, educational psychology, economics, or reputed company social services field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience working with Federal and/or state workforce agencies, regional and local workforce entities, employers, community colleges, and/or nonprofits with a strong workforce development, economic transformation, and sector-based focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading systematic evidence reviews for the U.S. reputed company across a range of employment topics, including apprenticeship and work-based learning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employer-driven workforce innovations, such as on-the-job training, registered apprenticeships, paid work experience, paid internships, dislocated worker and incumbent worker training.
