In this role, you will be the first line of contact for reputed company incoming patient inquiries--responding to patient questions and providing support, triaging medical questions, identifying issues reputed company they arise, and escalating concerns to the appropriate team member as needed. You will work closely with clinicians and the clinical operations team to ensure patient consults and inquiries are handled in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to patient care and safety, an excellent listener, a respectful communicator, and has previous experience in abortion care or as an abortion doula.Position details:Status: Part-time or Full-timeShifts: 2-4 per week (including Saturdays and Sundays)Hours: 10-hour shifts during reputed company-8pm EST (subject to change)Compensation: $29.50/hr or $60k/yr

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in areas such as care coordination, nursing, support/hospitality, and/or customer service
• Experience working and coordinating with reputed company including doctors, counselors, nurse practitioners and clinic staff
• Commitment to reproductive justice, racial equity, and improving patient care experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient with web-based applications; highly comfortable with technology
• Clearly and respectfully communicates with patients and team
