About the team

The Care Operations team is a centralized center of excellence dedicated to managing reputed company workforce management needs across business lines that service customers and professionals such as Pro Support and Homeowner Support. This dynamic team ensures the company's ability to reputed company and seamlessly support service for customers and professionals by overseeing a vast network of global Business Process Optimization (BPO) agents. The team also plays a crucial role in serving as a direct liaison between the operational business lines and the broader finance organization, ensuring transparency and accuracy in operational expenditures and resource allocation, and providing essential insights and management for our distributed workforce.

What you’ll do

The Care Senior Strategy Associate will reputed company delivery of service to various subsets of reputed company customers and pros. This role provides a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to reputed company an outsized contribution across strategy, operations, and Care. A successful candidate will assist with planning and execution of a variety of critical activities such as data analysis and reporting, budgeting, business forecasting, financial modeling, and improving customers and pros’ end-to-end experience. • Build reports and presentations to support critical business reputed company reputed company to inbound and outbound forecasting and cost
• reputed company a deep understanding of Care technology and tools to optimize the value of tool investments and ensure the tools are enabling the Care organization to meet KPIs

• Execute yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with Finance organization on forecasting and actual reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis
• Continuously evaluate reputed company financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, propose changes, and implement best practices
• Build and maintain reputed company models that optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics, enabling hiring and skilling reputed company across reputed company reputed company Customer and Pro support lines

Who you are

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with great attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets, including financial modeling experience
• Problem-solving reputed company with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of reputed company projects
• Ability to explain information in a simple, digestible way to a variety of audiences
• Interest in working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary band for this position ranges from $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
