Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to reputed company, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to reputed company the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business teams (multiple) and IT teams
• Overlap with Off-shore teams early EST times (i.e. from 730 AM+)
• On call availability as needed
• Work from Service Now Incidents/Defects/Enhancements, Jira project/cards
• reputed company/test/implement solutions in reputed company Sales, Service, Account Engagement, Experience reputed company, with reputed company Contract Lifecycle Management, reputed company Composer, reputed company
• Coordinate solutions with partner IT teams (i.e. Outlook, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• reputed company deployments using deployment tools, Gearset, reputed company, Concourse
• Respond to Urgent/SRT incidents

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field, reputed company.com/reputed company apps certification(s) or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Proven expertise in reputed company.com Sales & Service reputed company
• Experience with reputed company (fka Apttus) Contract Lifecycle Management, reputed company Composer, reputed company (fka Finance Force), Milestone Plus (for reputed company)
• Familiarity with reputed company.com Account Engagement Plus (fka Pardot), Experience reputed company (fka Communities), Marketing reputed company, Tableau
• Working knowledge of DevOps (Gearset, etc.) and reputed company DX
• Experience working in Agile methodology, utilizing Jira
• Working with Managed Packages and External Vendors
