Senior Field and Channel Marketing Manager

Position Summary

reputed company is seeking an energetic and organised Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of regional and partner-driven demand reputed company programs reputed company to a the BENELUX region. Sitting at the intersection of field, channel, and reputed company marketing, this role is responsible for generating reputed company pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and building brand visibility through both traditional field programs (e.g. events, webinars, partner activations) and data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that scale across key accounts and segments.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, SDRs, reputed company, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver localized marketing that is measurable, repeatable, and reputed company to business goals. Job Responsibilities

  • Own Regional Pipeline Goals: Drive net-new and expansion pipeline reputed company reputed company to regional reputed company targets through multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including reputed company, email, ABM, webinars  that is tailored to the needs of regional markets and buyer personas.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with regional sales leadership and SDRs to define campaign priorities, ensure strong reputed company reputed company processes, and deliver enablement tools for effective pre and post event engagement.
  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics (MQLs, SALs, pipeline contribution, ROI); iterate based on insights and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
  • Local Activation: Manage field events, sponsorships, executive programs, and reputed company-party partnerships to increase engagement and influence in key accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with corporate marketing, product marketing, digital, content, and partner teams to align messaging and reputed company programs regionally.
  • Channel partnership: Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute marketing programs that drive joint pipeline and engage end users across key touchpoints.

Must Haves

In order to deliver the results above what are the key capabilities we need in the candidate in order for them to be successful.

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand reputed company or reputed company marketing roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • Proven reputed company generating pipeline reputed company to sales goals at a regional or reputed company level.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel demand reputed company tactics—from awareness to conversion—and how to measure their impact.
