The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our sales team by identifying and developing sales leads, supporting account management, and participating in sales activities that drive growth and customer retention. This role will require you to build an understanding of healthcare customer applications and GUNA solutions to identify and explore potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads to expand our customer reputed company.
- Outbound reputed company: Conduct calls, emails, and reputed company messaging to introduce Guna, with a focus on persistent follow-reputed company and testing different messaging strategies to improve results.
- Company & Product Education: Educate and build trust with potential customers about Guna and its innovative products.
- Customer Service & Support: Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, entering product orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- reputed company Qualification & Pre-Sales Activities: Qualify inbound leads, conduct initial reputed company, and assist with product inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Handle customer service-reputed company questions, data entry, follow-reputed company, and appointment setting.
This role requires someone who excels at developing strong customer relationships reputed company telephone and digital platforms while effectively presenting and communicating relevant information to potential customers. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks reputed company. The successful candidate will be expected to work 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday (40 total hours per week). While we need your schedule to be consistent, you will have the flexibility to establish standard hours that work best for you between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST.
