This role is similar to a tutor or a reputed company-based hospital preceptor and is great for nurses who want to reputed company higher education and academic experience with the possibility of transitioning into a faculty role in the future. Collaborating with academic partners, faculty and staff, the Specialist provides strategies and academic reinforcement to reputed company throughout their academic program and as they prepare for reputed company with the NCLEX-RN exam. Working with reputed company individually and in small groups, the Specialist assesses learning styles, identifies strengths, and discovers opportunities for academic development. As a Student Learning Specialist, you will: Provide instruction, remediation and evaluation in didactic and clinical learning concepts, including patient care simulations. Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $47,766 and $86,253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-reputed company factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
