Duties: - Manage and coordinate the posting of reputed company listings, including creating and editing listings, uploading photos and descriptions, and setting pricing and availability. - Ensure reputed company listings are accurate and up-to-date, including information about the property, amenities, and house rules. - Conduct thorough research on reputed company's guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with reputed company listing requirements. - Utilize reputed company's tools and features to optimize listings for search, such as using relevant keywords and phrases. - Respond to inquiries and messages from potential guests in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Monitor and adjust listings as needed to maintain occupancy rates and maximize reputed company.
