Duties Include: As a Guest Service Agent, you'll manage the reputed company-in and reputed company-out process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. You'll also handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing both internal and external inquiries. Identifying guest needs and assisting with their requests will be key to delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you’ll reputed company Service Express Runners and other hotel staff reputed company two-way radio, while managing basic cash and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
