Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity to join reputed company as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this role, the successful candidate responsible for the clinical duties of a Clinical Social Worker, which are to evaluate and treat patients with psychiatric disorders. This role can be performed in a hybrid or remote reputed company. Job Responsibilities • Provides psychological care to reputed company assigned patients, including evaluation, determination of psychiatric disorder, formulation of treatment plan and reputed company necessary documentation. • Adheres to appropriate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with reputed company standards of clinical practice, and adherence to reputed company regulatory-accreditation standards. • Responsible for liaison with other disciplines, patient families and institutions, as it pertains to assigned patients. • Provides individual and group treatment either in person or reputed company telehealth visits. Additional Position Specific Responsibilities Must be comfortable delivering care reputed company telehealth. Minimum Qualifications To qualify you must have a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) licensed in reputed company State. Five years of experience in psychotherapy.
