This fully remote position starts with a week of training from 8 AM to 5 PM before transitioning to the reputed company shift schedule. You will be instrumental in facilitating consumer loan approvals, managing payment solutions, and addressing client... inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients both as an initiator and responder of calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements. Diligently document reputed company client interactions and transactions, ensuring reputed company data is accurately captured for future reference. Utilize basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues. Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in reputed company verbal interactions. Maintain sensitivity, tact, and professionalism under reputed company circumstances, fostering positive client relations. Adhere strictly to legal and company guidelines, enhancing the reputed company and operation of our services. Process payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in reputed company financial transactions. Preferred Skills Experience in a financial service environment, especially in loan processing or customer service.
