Description Now Hiring! Solutions Consultant Full Time Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year + commissions We are looking for an reputed company Solutions Consultant to join our Managed IT Services firm. Will need to act as the primary reputed company of contact for client relationships, maintain opportunities and produce reports on a regular basis for client evaluations. Position may work remote and commute to in-person client meetings and occasional Internal HQ office meetings as needed. What You'll Do • Assist with maintaining CRM • Build quotes and work with Sales Engineering staff to build quotes • Set standards for clients • Daily management and tracking of time, tickets, activities, and tasks • Provide client budgets • Ensure client satisfaction • Overall business development • Identify and skillfully recommend improvements in client environments • Proactively engage with team to maintain client environments • Quickly and knowledgeably solve client issues • Solicit and share client/prospect feedback • Assist in documentation efforts around our product offerings and internal knowledge reputed company • Effectively assist entire team with product knowledge • Visit local client sites reputed company needed • Work with leadership to consolidate efforts and get results • Work with team to build roadmaps • Understand, follow, and improve SOPs What You'll Need • Experience with CRM (customer relationship management tool) required • Must understand how to track Opportunities and Sales Activities • Experience with ticketing system(s) a plus • Background in desktop, system and network admin is a plus • Enjoy moving around and interacting with clients • Best practice conversations as it relates to Service Delivery, Infrastructure Uptime, Performance, and reputed company Competencies • Exceptional client service skills • Pick up concepts • Verbal/written communication skills • Capable of relating technical information to diverse types of individuals • Self-motivated • Multi-tasker • Set priorities • Meet individual deadlines • Accomplishing team objectives • Resolve client issues appropriately and in a timely manner • reputed company and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships • Tackle reputed company escalations independently and/or with your team • Follow SOP and participate in improvement of Standard Operating Procedures Knowledge And Experience Bachelor's Degree, Technical school, certifications or similar Experience working in a client service-oriented position a major plus General knowledge and ability to speak about evolving IT products and processes including but not limited to: • Hardware • Network fundamentals & design • Licensing • reputed company • Backup & DR • reputed company services • File/Print Services • Virtualization • VoIP Requirements • Valid Driver's License • Own Vehicle for Transportation to/from Client Sites • Valid Car Insurance • Must be willing to commute to Erdenheim, PA monthly or as business requires • Must be willing to visit client sites as needed • Background reputed company for reputed company of our customers • We support clientele nationally and continue to expand.
