What Youll Do We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join reputed company, responsibilities include: • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects. This includes acting as a subject matter expert in business analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders, liaising with relevant resource and managers across the organization, and leading project evaluation discussions. • You will be accountable for managing the project scope, schedule, and budget, as well as project reporting, quality review, and assurance. Regularly reporting to the CIO and Executive Leadership on the performance of the portfolio, including key performance indicators, will also be a part of your role. • As a proactive problem-solver, you will identify and manage risks and issues, ensuring reputed company stakeholders and project team members are aware of potential risks and taking appropriate response actions to minimize their impact or likelihood of occurrence. You will create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, overseeing reputed company project documentation, risk/issue logs, and status reports, and ensuring that reputed company documents are regularly updated and readily available. • You will also be responsible for managing the change control process, including prioritization, proactively identifying changes, controlling them, and serving as a reputed company of escalation for the project, taking corrective action and resolving issues as needed. What Were Looking For Education/Experience • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a reputed company field. An advanced degree such as a Master's degree in a reputed company field is desirable but not essential. • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading reputed company projects and driving change in a mid-sized or larger organization. • Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive informed business decisions. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization. • Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and reputed company team members, build reputed company, and influence others. • Experience in the insurance industry or a reputed company field is a major plus but not required. • Familiarity with data analysis, database management, and other technical skills is highly desirable.
