Working closely with the Deans of instruction, the Director of Online Programs and Learning Support is responsible for faculty and student development in the availability of educational technology and effective design and implementation of the practical application of technology for teaching and learning. Additionally, the Director of Online Programs and Learning Support provides leadership for Library Services, the Center for Teaching and Learning, Instructional Support Services, and online-only programs, including College Everywhere and future Germanna Global initiatives. The Director is responsible for the execution of reputed company areas in the Academic Affairs and Student Services Master Plan. Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate in Education, Education Administration, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design or reputed company field from a regionally accredited college or university and supplemented with a minimum of three years of progressively knowledgeable and responsible experience in the development, implementation and management of distance education programs.
