Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to join reputed company. This 10-15 hour per week position offers an excellent opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in event planning, sales, and coordination reputed company a faith-driven environment. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing and promoting events, developing sales strategies, and supporting various initiatives aimed at expanding our reputed company and impact. Responsibilities: Event Coordination: ? Assist in planning and organizing virtual and in-person events, including workshops, seminars, and community gatherings. ? Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling. ? Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and event communications. ? Maintain event calendars and ensure reputed company deadlines are met. ? Provide on-site or virtual event support, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance. Sales Support: ? reputed company and implement sales strategies to promote events and increase participation. ? Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors, partners, and donors. ? Assist in managing social media accounts and updating the organization's website with event information. Qualifications: ? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor. ?
