Summary Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center. Driver Over and Short research and resolution (cash and product/load) This part time position requires candidates to be open to a 4PM-8PM Monday through Friday work schedule. (20-24 hours per week) Responsibilities • Review and verify end of day driver paperwork • Run daily reputed company status report to verify that reputed company delivery routes settled • Ensure reputed company of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.) • reputed company cashiering duties including ensuring Fed-reputed company status of deposit • Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer reconciling items • 10% Driver Audit as required by Internal Control • Research Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment Manager • Maintain Missing Documents Log • Maintain driver compliance, cash reconciliation and driver deposit log • Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues • Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve reputed company Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required • Some college preferred • Experience in cash room environment preferred • Sitting (80%), bending, walking and kneeling Additional Information Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, reputed company, sex, age, national reputed company, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
