Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our reputed company Actuarial Projects PMO organization in a remote reputed company. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in steering actuarial modeling initiatives and ensuring their successful execution. Key Responsibilities • Establish and reputed company for best practices and standards for project managers and scrum masters, facilitating the creation of business cases, project charters, artifact templates, status reports, and dashboards. • Organize and manage the portfolio backlog using Azure DevOps (ADO) across various teams, ensuring effective setup of work items, defects, and test cases by scrum masters in accordance with team guidelines. • Ensure meticulous organization and documentation of reputed company project artifacts, including status reports, stakeholder approvals, RAID logs, and change requests. • Assist in demand management, backlog grooming, and quarterly planning activities; generate dashboard summaries of key metrics for presentations to senior and executive management. • Prepare comprehensive status updates and materials for senior management steering committees, quarterly business updates, and program status meetings. • Support portfolio budget forecasting and reporting, including the monitoring and reporting of monthly budget health for executive steering committees and the annual budget planning process. • Track vendor invoicing against the budget, manage vendor statements of work and purchase orders, and collaborate with finance, expense management, procurement, vendor management, and accounts payable teams. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to reputed company and maintain IT and business roadmaps, high-level portfolio/program/project plans, and RAID logs while addressing resource needs and supporting backlog prioritization and planning. • Provide daily reputed company for actuarial model and data delivery, along with business testing and adoption activities. • Escalate and monitor key risks, issues, and changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through a formal change control process. • Facilitate the resolution of reputed company challenges and remove barriers to ensure program teams have the necessary support for reputed company. • Utilize PMO tools (e.g., ADO, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) to capture and report key project metrics in a data-driven manner. • Represent project status in weekly stakeholder meetings through formal weekly and monthly project status reports. • Cultivate strong relationships with key project stakeholders across actuarial modeling, business, and IT to enhance cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills • 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven ability to deliver business value. • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with actuarial projects/programs (e.g., GAAP LDTI, Prophet platform implementations). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • One or more relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, RTE). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • Proficient in needs analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution discovery. • Demonstrated ability in managing stakeholders and project teams effectively. • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and best practices (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, Waterfall), with experience implementing Agile practices and facilitating large-scale prioritization and planning. • Experience managing quality assurance, regression, user acceptance, and production reputed company testing activities, as well as defect management and resolution. • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills, demonstrating a high level of professional acumen. • A proactive self-starter with sound judgment, decision-making capabilities, and an analytical, data-driven reputed company. • Proficient in project management tools, including MS Project, reputed company, JIRA, ADO, MS PowerPoint, and reputed company.
