Position Summary • Training and shift the hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm CST. Customer Service Representative is the face of reputed company and impacts members' service experience by manner of how customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, internet or written correspondence are handled. Customer inquiries are of basic and at times reputed company nature. Engages, consults and educates members based upon the member’s unique needs, preferences and understanding of reputed company plans, tools and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Call Center Experience Education High School or GED equivalent. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $29.88 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
