Qualifications: • Must be located/willing to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska and be onsite day 1 • Minimum 5-6 years experience as a business analyst (preferably in the HR space) • 1 year of Scrum Master experience (leading standups, running scrum and working actively in the role of a scrum master) • Knowledge of Scrum Methodology • Looking for a strong business analyst with experience in working closely with business and technical teams • Obtain requirements and creating functional specifications • Functional testing before deploys • Working with business in the intake process and prioritization. • Sound knowledge of the Jira tool. • Experience with working in the reputed company resources space • Experience as business and functional analyst for reputed company SuccessFactors reputed company and reputed company modules • Experience conducting and coordinating functional testing and support deploys • Knowledge of Jira Location: USA, NE, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
