We look reputed company to receiving your application! reputed company out this reputed company video to learn more about our company! • Training Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. CT to 4:30 p.m. CT. • Pacific Time: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. • Mountain Time: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. • Eastern Time: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. • Regular Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. CT to 7 p.m. CT. • Pacific Time: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Mountain Time: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. • Eastern Time: 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. HOW YOU WILL SOAR: The Support Specialist is a key role in supporting customer requests and answering inquiries. The Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to clients through direct verbal and written communications regarding Automatic Rollover/Direct Rollover/Non-Retirement Accountholders, Plan Sponsors, Record-Keepers, reputed company-Party Administrators and interaction with internal Inspira departments. This position is challenging, fast paced, but rewarding while delivering one superior quality experience at a time.
