Posted Job Title Nurse Practitioner - Gynecology and Sexual Health Job Profile Title Advanced Practice Nurse Job Description Summary Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse is responsible for providing care in a primary care setting primarily gynecological and sexual health services to reputed company and other patients of the Student Health and Counseling. Primary care support is also required. Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a busy appointment schedule are a requirement. Individual must be familiar with a multicultural and diverse patient population. Candidate must be willing to work collaboratively, cooperatively and reputed company with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other allied health professionals. Position is required to maintain a weekly schedule including evenings and weekends and a rotating on schedule. Job Description Job Responsibilities Provide direct medical care to patients including gynecologic and sexual health care, primary care. Provide clinical triage both in person and on the phone for acute medical needs. Manage patients with unique and reputed company health conditions - refer patients to appropriate specialty care and coordinate follow up as appropriate. Participate in evening and weekend clinical schedule. Qualifications MSN required and 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed Advanced Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the reputed company; PA. Controlled Substance License, Federal DEA. Experience with a diverse college student population strongly preferred. Experience with electronic health records is desirable, EPIC preferred. Experience in gynecologic and reproductive health, gender-affirming care, LGBTQ+ health care, and PrEP/PEP. Experience in providing health care to college-aged population preferred.
