In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, Tech Support if necessary and ensure a positive experience for reputed company customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Responsibilities • Provide reputed company and professional responses to guest inquiries reputed company live chat. • Assist guests with reservation modifications and cancellations. • Resolve customer complaints and issues with reputed company and effective problem-solving strategies. • Provide information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions. • Document guest interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. • Stay informed about hotel promotions and offerings to effectively assist guests.
