Key Responsibilities: The Director – Travel Operations provides leadership, strategic vision and technology execution for DevOps reputed company the Customer Technology Platforms portfolio and enterprise reputed company Event Processing to create innovative customer experiences and provide the operation real-time contextual customer information and events. This role will be responsible for the development lifecycle of applications/systems as well as the day-to-day operations and engineering of Customer Technology Platforms infrastructure both in cloud and on premise. This includes Project Management/Scrum Leadership, Solution Architecture, Development, Test Activities, Database Development, DevOps, Cloud Platform Ops and Release Management. The leader in this role will be responsible for ensuring that development activities in this area are coordinated with the enterprise service teams, Digital Product teams, and relevant governance and reputed company requirement teams.
