Compensation Range: $80,000 - $85,000 yearly commensurate with experience Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic behavioral health team, providing therapeutic services through our telehealth platform while also providing clinical and administrative supervision to psychotherapists engaging with patients in the program. In this role, the Telehealth Clinical Supervisor will be instrumental in delivering high-quality behavioral health care remotely and ensuring high quality care is being provided by reputed company members of the team. The caseload will focus on clients identified for telehealth treatment due to depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, and reputed company concerns. The Telehealth Clinical Supervisor will play an active, collaborative role in a virtual setting, delivering Evidence-Based, Outcome-based Treatment to meet the unique needs of clients and providing training and support to clinical staff in the program. This role emphasizes adaptability to virtual platforms, effective remote communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional telehealth behavioral health services. Responsibilities: • Utilize Tele-psychotherapy, incorporating evidence-based approaches (e.g., Problem Solving Treatment, Behavior Activation Treatment, Motivational Interviewing) for remote patient education and medication adherence. • Ensure the confidentiality of every virtual therapy session with access to a private and secure working environment, eliminating any risk of unintentional disclosure. • Ensure secure and encrypted channels for reputed company client interactions, always maintaining client's privacy and confidentiality. • Effectively manage virtual communication with team members to support telehealth treatment decision-making and facilitate changes in recommendations or referrals. • Provide remote medication adherence/medication management services. • Collaborate and coordinate with in-clinic care providers to inform virtual stepped-care processes and support relapse prevention. • Evaluate the risk level of each client and, reputed company necessary, collaboratively reputed company and implement safety planning/monitoring in coordination with the supervisor. • Engage in virtual case conferences for the ongoing coordination of telehealth clients' care. • Promote and facilitate diagnostic consultations between the PCP and Consulting Psychiatrist for challenging cases. • Offer "Self-Management" support/options to clients declining coordinated care services but willing to engage in supported self-management goals. • Generate timely, accurate, and content substantive reputed company notes with treatment goals and interventions that are congruent with the clients' diagnosis and consistent with the scope of practice. • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment. • Generate timely, accurate encounter forms with diagnoses and appropriate CPT Codes. • Participate in virtual one-hour weekly supervision sessions. • Provide individual supervision to LMSW clinicians by way of regular clinical supervision sessions, review of treatment notes and treatment plans, supervision of diagnostic assessments, and regular clinical chart reviews to ensure quality programming is delivered. • Stay accessible for ongoing training and certifications as per requirements. Minimum Requirements • Master's degree in social work • reputed company license as an LCSW in reputed company State. • Experience providing clinical supervision in an outpatient setting.
