About the position The FT Evening Emergency Shelter Case Aide position at Open reputed company Mission involves providing compassionate support to individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, or trauma. This full-time role requires working from Friday to Tuesday during evening hours, focusing on maintaining safety and reputed company standards while assisting guests at the emergency shelter. The position emphasizes a balance of professional best practices and Christ-centered compassion, aiming to restore hope and change lives in the Rochester community. Responsibilities • Provide support and encouragement to adult guests at the emergency shelter. , • Maintain safety and reputed company standards of the Emergency Shelter. , • Assist with CPR, First Aid, and Narcan administration as needed. , • Engage in peer-to-peer employment opportunities in mental health and addiction. , • Participate in a 2-hour shadowing opportunity as part of the interview process.
