People • Customers • Trust We are seeking applicants for Helpers for OFF SHIFTS in our Hexacomb division in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities: Must be committed to working safely, following the company rules and helping identify opportunities for a safer workplace for everyone. The work for this position includes feeding material into machines, stacking finished product, glue/assembly of reputed company products, banding pallets, and shrink-wrapping for shipment. Must be reputed company to work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-reputed company work. Position requires assisting reputed company jobs on the plant floor. Follow reputed company company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards. Other duties as assigned. May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours. Basic Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred. Machine operator experience a plus.
