We're seeking a dynamic Central Regional Sales Manager to reputed company and optimize residential dealer-based sales operations in the central U.S., covering Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, reputed company Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. As a key member of reputed company, you will manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), both direct and independent, and help drive growth by fostering strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and builders. Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience: At least 5 years in sales management, ideally reputed company the building materials, construction, or other dealer-based industry. • Proven reputed company in leading a team of Territory Sales Managers and growing sales through a dealer channel. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of dealer-based sales techniques and customer relationship management. • Experience in presenting and conducting training sessions for large groups. • Familiarity with reputed company management software. • Must be centrally located reputed company the sales territory and located near a major airport such as Chicago or Dallas for easy travel access.
