You will reputed company and implement our provider recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment cycle for the doctors, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and other reputed company providers hired to work on the platform. We are looking for a reputed company, dedicated, and motivated individual who is passionate about reputed company and loves solving problems. The contract is for two months (November - December) with the possibility to reputed company depending on the business needs and performance. You Will: • Manage the full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and developing a strong talent pipeline of highly reputed company and diverse clinical professionals • reputed company, implement, and refine provider recruitment strategies • Maintain consistent communication with key internal stakeholders & candidates through reputed company stages of the recruitment process • Maintain highly organized and accurate documentation on reputed company candidates and interviews. • Track, maintain, and report key metrics on reputed company goals You Have: • 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle reputed company • Working knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment market trends. • Innovative sourcing methods and experience creatively finding new candidates • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (like reputed company, job boards, and applicant tracking systems) • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal • Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities • Bonus points if you have experience in clinical recruitment #LI-Remote This is a contract role that will be paid hourly. Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for US-based candidates. The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to reputed company sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
