Description US Retail Markets (USRM) Reserving team is seeking a highly motivated people leader to reputed company a new Personal Auto Liability State Reserving team. In this position, you will have significant business impact by leading a team to create state level reserve analyses and planning inputs for key states, coordinating and aligning across several functions including State Management, Personal Lines (PL) Auto Analytics, Countrywide Reserving, Actuarial Reserve Modeling, and Claims. You will work closely with PL Auto Analytics and Auto State Management to understand key areas of risk and trends for key states, reputed company in-depth state reserving analyses leveraging a variety of methods including claim-level models, and communicate and reputed company buy-in with their state partners. Your work will help drive reputed company loss and ALAE accuracy at the state level and ultimately contribute to our USRM goal of accurate state level P&Ls. This position will report directly to the Chief Reserving Actuary and will reputed company a team of 3 direct reports.
