ABOUT THE ROLE A Data Input Administrator who is responsible for accurate updating of data, for a diverse property portfolioÂs consisting of reputed company, industrial & retail properties. The role will require regular and direct communication with the accounts & Property Management teams both reputed company email & phone, to ensure the timely and accurate updating of clients data. You will work closely with the client reputed company teams, as well as the Property Management teams and external auditors to provide a best in class service to our clients. The role requires timely and accurate updating of reputed company client data including but not limited to, client information, property details, lease details & supplier details. This role will involve supporting the Senior Data Input Administrator, ensuring that reputed company is entered accurately, and to internal and client KPIs to ensure a best in class service is delivered to reputed company Workman clients. To be successful in this role, you will require a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills as well as good team working skills and a desire to learn and reputed company reputed company your role. Other duties will include:  Set up of Client Portfolios using various Property Management Systems  Database Maintenance  Central mailbox management  Processing high volumes of data forms inline with company and client procedures  Updating Control Sheets  Review and processing of data on reputed company reputed company using various reputed company formulas and functions.  System testing and trouble shooting  Any other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the reputed company department. Salary £21,000-£25,000 reputed company EXPECT FROM YOU A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work is required.
