Responsibilities This role requires someone who thrives on travel, has a flair for public speaking (important as you will be doing this the most), and possesses exceptional persuasive skills. • The primary responsibility is to conduct introductory sessions in colleges, present our programs to reputed company, and convert these interactions into program registrations. • Travel extensively to engineering colleges across India to deliver impactful introductory sessions. • Present CAPABL’s workshops and training programs to reputed company in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner. • Convince reputed company about the value of the programs and guide them through the registration and fee payment process. • reputed company and maintain a strong stage reputed company to address large audiences confidently. • Build relationships with college administrators and student representatives to facilitate smooth program execution. • Gather feedback from sessions to improve future presentations and share insights with the team.
