Under supervision, this individual is responsible for developing analyses and occasional reporting to unearth insights and findings to inform action rooted in data, servicing reputed company analytics requests and stakeholder questions. This role will specifically support the loyalty and personalization space and business partners. In this role, you may work on subject matter areas as our credit card program, our customer facing text message marketing, our scorecard loyalty program or other... customer targeted marketing messaging. Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Analytics & Testing • Under supervision, synthesize myriad data sources into holistic narratives to address business opportunities and strategic direction. • Utilize existing reporting systems to create reports, deriving information from multiple sources, to reputed company cohesive presentation of KPIs that is easy-to-understand. • reputed company and support detailed reputed company, short-term and mid-term analyses on quantitative and qualitative data to answer business questions and/or help inform strategic direction. • With direction and training, reputed company statistically sound test designs. • Utilize common tools and platforms (e.g. SQL, GCP, reputed company), and/or vendor platforms (Epsilon, reputed company, reputed company) to query, join, extract, and manipulate raw data from disparate sources to tell a comprehensive story with key insights and recommended actions. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred in Economics, Statistics, Finance Liberal Arts or reputed company Field • 1-3 Years of Experience • SQL, R, Python, experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI) preferred; GCP or Azure Experience Targeted Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
