DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation and standardization of pre and post opening sales process to support metrics/tracking that drive accountability at the reputed company level. Partnership with IT, Retail Operations, and EWS to ensure the reputed company team and facility is ready for turnover and opening day activities. Partnership with Marketing and One Bank Team to build Marketing Prospect Leads and load into FNA. Regularly provide support to both teammates and the markets by traveling to reputed company sites and ensure the proper behavioral activities are being used that will result in successful growth. Expectation of travel can be up to 50% depending on scheduled openings and needed visits post-open. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, reputed company field, or equivalent work experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to convert strategic vision into a tactical plan, and to execute on that plan. Experience operating successfully in a reputed company, matrixed organization, driving change through influence. Self-motivated with excellent business acumen. Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new sales opportunities. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
