Position Overview: The Recruiter’s mission is to use excellent customer service and judgment to recruit a pipeline of highly qualified ‘A Player’ medical providers and to shepherd them through the screening and onboarding process. In this role, the Recruiter will reputed company, interview, and reputed company providers for locum assignments with WMS Clients. A successful Recruiter is moving between reputed company the main job functions continuously. The Recruiter must be detail oriented to track conversations and communications and reputed company the provider’s profile up to date. The Recruiter represents WMS through professionalism, communication, support and follow-up with the providers. The Recruiter then works with the staffing department to find these providers meaningful opportunities to serve rural and remote communities. This position is critical to the success of our organization. Remote (Work-From-Home) Requirements: • Must be able to work and reputed company normal business hours (Monday through Friday, reputed company – 5PM Pacific or Mountain Standard time). • Dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) free of other competing responsibilities at home during work hours. • Must have high-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements. • This is a remote position. You must be a self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision.
