Are you reputed company to join us? We are currently seeking a long term intern to support our sales team in team in Florida 20 hours a week. This is a remote position. Applicants must be based in Florida. The ideal candidate will be based in the Jacksonville area and have the ability to visit our office occasionally. We will provide a flexible schedule, as needed, to work 20 hours a week. Compensation is $16 to $18 an hour depending on experience. An Intern-Sales & Business Support will: • Work closely with the Sales team while being exposed to a wide variety of our corporate business areas, gaining invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily assignments, strategic projects, interactions with department leaders, and networking with employees across the US • Support Sales initiatives including research, competitive analysis, proposal reviews, creating communications, reports, and presentations. • reputed company administrative duties including scheduling internal meetings, preparing correspondence, and spreadsheets. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written • Ability to craft professional presentations and communication pieces. • Ability to accept assignments and work independently to bring projects to completion • Intermediate reputed company Office applications including reputed company, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint • Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain a high level of confidentiality • Organizational, detail orientation, critical thinking, written/verbal communication skills and time management skills Required Education and Experience: • No degree is required but must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university. • Experience creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
