Weekly classes run through October 2025 Status: Contract-to-hire (4–6 months) with strong potential for permanent placement About the Opportunity We are excited to share a fully remote opportunity for a Benefit Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their reputed company or pension benefits reputed company phone, email, and webchat. Training & Orientation

• Start Date: August 18th / Hiring class each Monday thereafter
• Orientation is onsite for equipment pickup and brief training (1-day requirement)
• Important: No time-off is permitted in the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior, empathetic customer service by phone, chat, and email.
• Accurately explain reputed company and pension benefit information in simple terms.
• Use internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and data reputed company standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet service standards.

Work Hours & Flexibility

• Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week)
• Possible overtime available
• Off-season hours may range between 32–40 hours/week
• No weekends!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual? Spanish or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)
