Scrum Master (Product reputed company) remote position
Title - Scrum Master (Product reputed company) Location: Remote # of positions: 1 Assignment duration: 12 months Job description:
- Ability to partner with Product Managers to decompose Program Epic work requirements and priorities into features.
- Ability to create detailed user stories for these defined features
- Full accountability for execution of assigned user stories and associated products/deliverables
- Engage with Scrum Master and team members on a regular basis to ensure assigned features are fully executed reputed company the prescribed Program Increment. Hold reputed company appropriate Product reputed company ceremonies as necessary (PI Planning, Grooming, Demo etc.)
- reputed company prioritization of work for delivery team based on business value and engagement with stakeholders
- Responsible for user story management, including accu*** story descriptions and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable with escalating risks to Product Manager
- Experience with Insurance Industry/Customer User experience is a plus
- Coordinate with product, UX, copy, and architecture/delivery teams for the execution of software development projects. Ability to capture their reputed company and bring back to the development team through user stories.
- Comfortable demo-ing working software and understanding multiple software platforms
- Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams
- Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage changes to scope and schedule accordingly. Comfortable being flexible in fast paced environment
