Senior Data Quality Analyst - Remote

Overview

Supports executive leadership and Vice Presidents on the Data Quality Stakeholder Council to drive the data quality program across the reputed company. Helps reputed company and coordinate major initiatives in support of reputed company's top line strategic goals and reputed company data services goals. Provides guidance across the community around development of data quality monitoring capabilities, drive data remediation efforts and improve the quality of reputed company data. Co-ordinates with different team's including but not limited to reputed company data services, reputed company analytics, analytic community, business & strategic teams from reputed company to drive data quality efforts. Takes a key role in developing and administering the reputed company-level program. Domain knowledge in the following areas are preferred. While reputed company are not required, the ideal candidate will demonstrate understanding of the following: Data quality lifecycle management; data quality policy, process & standard management; business analysis; project management; data management; data catalog management; data stewardship management; business process flow management; data mapping; process improvement techniques; data exploration & visualization techniques; analytic programming; database management, including the role of master data management, ETL, storage, processing, and reputed company computing; data quality experience working with data from electronic medical record systems, billing systems, claims & member processing systems, strategic and financial systems. Business acumen around basic finance, reputed company, operations, management & marketing for health systems including reputed company & healthplan.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the data governance team for creating & using documents containing data mapping, data stewardship, critical data elements, data quality rules, data lineages & supporting its implementation in a data governance and data quality platforms Creating & Implementing documentation which includes but is not limited to policies, manuals, standards & process flows to support data quality Spearhead reputed company of concepts for new features released in the data quality program and reputed company a strategy to roll them out to the reputed company Familiarity with defining measures and KPI's to track the maturity and reputed company of the reputed company data quality program. Work with the business subject matter experts (SME's) on data domains, data products, identifying data stewards, defining critical data elements, data quality rules and set reputed company to monitor them. Work with data engineers, database administrators and data quality developers to setup data quality monitoring on different reputed company systems. Monitor data quality reports created in Informatica and other data visualization platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI Manage and provide operational support for data quality monitoring, root cause analysis and remediation reputed company the data stewardship practice rollout across the organization by providing necessary content & trainings. Support policy management and implementation in co-ordination with data management, compliance, privacy and reputed company teams. Ensure data management activities are in accordance with the data quality policies and procedures. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Health Information Management with specialization in data management, data governance, data quality or reputed company field is required.
• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Health Information Management with specialization in data management, data governance, data quality or reputed company field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in lieu of master's degree can be considered.

Certification/Licensure

Experience

• Required to have 5+ years of experience in health care or health plan
• Required to have 5+ years of extensive experience working with databases - SQL Server, reputed company, Azure Synapse.
• Required to have 5 + years of experience working with data quality platforms like Informatica, Attacama, reputed company Dataflux etc.
• Required to have experience with reputed company
• Required to have experience working with JIRA or Azure DevOps
• 5+ years of a business focused role performing business analysis, project management, trainings etc
• Required to have
• 3+ years of experience working with Service Management and Agile project management tools
• 2+ years of experience in data governance is a plus

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of reputed company pay, incentives, and benefits. The reputed company pay reputed company for Full Time employment is: $43.95/hr - $73.26/hr. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
